We keep developing new designs and don't update designs very frequently, however we can send a soft copy of our latest catalogue and price list by email.
Yes, we have our standard sizes for all our collections and all the measurement are outer dimensions. If you require any customise size, we will need detailed measurements and Vetra is not responsible for the dimensions. Also there might be a variation in price.
We generally take 30-45 days working days after receiving a PO from the client to complete the order. The PO must have all the confirmations like wicker shade, fabric colours, design codes and dimensions. Once the advance amount is cleared we process the order. In some cases we finish the order before time, depending on the order size and our work load.
Yes, we deliver to world-wide but internationally we require a minimum quantity of 20 feet container, in India we deliver irrespective of the quantity. We deliver through surface transport.
Charges of transport will be as per actual. Price varies according to the order quantity. You can pay the freight cost to us or you can pay the transport company directly at a time of delivery . If Octroi or regional tax applies it will be beared by customer.
We have very simple process.
Step1 : Mail us your requirement and quantity from our catalogue;
Step2 : Not clear with the designs, our sales/technical team is there to help;
Step3 : Once the design is finalised, we will prepare a Performa Invoice mentioning all details and our bank details for the advance amount;
Step4 : We will start the production with the lead time for delivery at your doorstep.
Yes, we do sell online as well. We have a contract with Pepperfry and Fab furnish.
As such no maintenance is required but basic precautions is required like no damage should be caused with a knife or any other sharp material, avoid fire near the product. For our teak furniture you need to put the teak oil in every season depending on the weather conditions of your city/area/country.
We do our best when it comes to packing the products. From using good quality packing material to placing the goods on the vehicle with utmost care. However, if something gets damage during transit Vetra is not responsible. You can take an insurance for the same and claim for losses if any at the time of delivery. We always advise our clients to take an insurance, we can help you with getting the insurance.
If the damage is minor then our team does repair the product. Specifically in projects if something gets damage due to transportation, we send our team for minor repairs. We would however require some time to make the arrangements.
Yes, you can but we will need the measurements from your end.
