  1. Product Information and Imagery

  • We aim to keep all product information accurate and up-to-date, including descriptions, dimensions, material details, and prices.
  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and variations in screen resolution,
  • actual products may slightly differ from digital images shown on the website.
  • Product specifications, finish options, and color shades are mentioned clearly for every item to help you make an informed decision.

     2. Order Confirmation and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets such as Paytm and PhonePe.
  • In the event of payment failure, customers should attempt the transaction again or contact their bank for assistance. If the issue persists, email contact@vetrafurniture.com.

          We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders in case of suspicious transactions, pricing errors, or out-of-stock items.
  • Inform customers promptly in such cases and initiate a refund if payment was already processed.

      3. Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations are allowed after the order is confirmed and payment is received.
  • This is because our products are made to order and often involve custom finishes or
  • We may, however, cancel the order from our side in rare cases of stock unavailability, operational constraints, or incorrect pricing.

     4. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. However, we offer exceptions in the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product or a defective item. To qualify for a return:
  • You must email us within 48 hours of receiving the product at contact@vetrafurniture.com.
  • Include clear photos and the Order ID.
  • Vetra holds the right to decide if the product is a manufacturing defect to initiate a return/replacement.

         Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used
  • Damage due to the customer
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.

     5. Warranty Coverage

         We provide warranty only against manufacturing defects, and each product component has a different coverage:

    6. Care & Maintenance  Instructions

         To extend product life, follow these care tips:

  • General Furniture: Use a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or pressure washing.
  • Teak Wood: Use a soft brush and teak oil. Cover when not in use.
  • Cane Furniture: Not suitable for direct rain. Apply linseed oil periodically for shine.
  • Rope/Strap Weaving: Clean with a soft brush and mild Avoid contact with sharp or abrasive objects.
  • Cushions & Fabrics: Store indoors during heavy Covers can extend their lifespan.

         For special requests or maintenance assistance, contact our concierge support.

      7. Legal Terms

  • All purchases and disputes are governed under the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction is exclusive to the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays, production issues, or service interruptions due to Force Majeure events like natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
